A DEVELOPMENT OF MOBILE LEARNING COURSEWARE ON BASIC COMPUTER NETWORK FOR VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop and find out effectiveness of mobile learning courseware on Basic Computer Network subject for diploma students in business computer program of Industrial Community Education College Phanomsarakram , 2) to compare achievement between pre-test and posttest of students learning with mobile learning courseware in business computer program of Industrial Community Education College Phanomsarakram. The samples were randomly selected by Cluster Random Sampling. They were divided into two groups. First group was to find the efficiency of mobile learning courseware and the second group was to compare the pre-test and post-test achievement scores. The instruments used in this study were mobile learning courseware, evaluation forms, and achievement tests. The content validity (IOC) was 1.00. The difficulty was between 0.30-0.75. The discrimination was between 0.20-0.50 and reliability values was 0.89. The statistics used in this study were the average, standards, deviation and statistical t-test for dependent samples.
The results of this study were, 1) the effectiveness of mobile learning courseware on Basic Computer Network subject was at 80.63:80.42, and 2) the result of learning achievement from mobile learning courseware on Basic Computer Network subject was concluded that post-test scores of subjects learning with mobile learning were significantly higher than pre-test scores of at 0.05 level.
